You’ll find below a list of answers to our most frequently asked questions. 

Please note that regretfully we do not accept returns of tights and underwear if opened.

To return a product, you have 2 options:

    Return in Store - FREE

    Simply bring the item(s) you would like to return to our Capezio London store at 33 Endell Street, London, WC2H 9BA along with the packing slip received with your order.

    Please note, the refund of items purchased online will be issued to the payment method originally used. Refund typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer. Exchanges are not possible.

    Return by Post - at your own cost

  1. Sign in to your Capezioeurope.com account
  2. Click "Account"
  3. Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  4. Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  5. Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the reason for return
  6. Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  7. When approved you will receive an email including a returns merchandising authorisation (RMA).
  8. Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s). Please note all returns must be received in original packaging. Your parcel must be marked clearly with your order number and should be sufficient to prevent damage to shoe boxes during return transport.
  9. Post the package to:
    Capezio Warehouse, Century Logistics, Wyatt Way, Thetford, IP24 1HB, UK
  10. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your card.
  11. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

Please note that return postage is non-refundable

We do not currently offer an exchange service unless there is a quality issue with the product received. To change something for a different size, simply return the first item for refund and re-order the new size online.

Our footwear is sold in Capezio sizes. However, for your convenience the equivalent UK or European size conversions are also listed. Please note that only the Capezio size will appear on your order confirmation/invoice and on the shoe packaging.

If you are familiar with the product, we would always recommend ordering directly in your Capezio size.

Please note that despite our best efforts, we can’t always guarantee a perfect fit when converting from European or UK sizes.

At present, we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Balearic & Canary islands), Sweden, The Netherlands and the UK.

Shipping is free to all European countries for all orders of £50 and above. 

A signature will be required upon delivery. We therefore highly recommend getting your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be able to sign for it.

DPD will attempt delivery of your order twice, after which you will be given the choice between picking up your parcel from your local depot or pay a charge to have your parcel re-delivered at a more convenient time.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We do our best to dispatch parcels the same day the order has been placed.

UK orders placed before 1pm GMT are usually delivered the next working day. However, please note this is not guaranteed as we currently only offer standard tracked delivery.

We currently offer 10% off to all dance students throughout the year. For more information and to apply for the discount, please visit our Students page.

It depends whether it is an item that we stock in Europe or not. If it is, then you should be able to find it on CapezioEurope.com and place your order. If you can’t find it on the site, then we would advise you to get in touch with our London store as they do stock some of our US styles and are able to order products in for customers on request. We offer a next day delivery service for orders shipping to UK addresses.

Delivery is on the next working day if ordered between Monday and Friday before 1pm. Delivery is excluded on Bank Holidays.

Our carrier, DPD, will attempt to deliver between 7am and 12pm.

Next Day delivery costs £6.95 but it’s free if you spend over £100.

Capezio offers two types of gift cards:

Store gift cards, which are physical cards that can be purchased from the Capezio London store in Covent Garden.

Electronic gift cards, which you can purchase online here.

Capezio London gift cards are only valid at Capezio London and Capezio e-gift cards are only valid on CapezioEurope.com.

If you would like to purchase an e-gift card, simply click this link and select the value you would like to buy the gift card for. You will also have an option to send a personalised message to the recipient so that they know who the gift is from.

Upon purchasing a Gift Card, we will email you (or the lucky recipient) a unique code, which will be valid for 12 months along with instructions on how to use your e-gift card.

Please note, the email with the code will be sent as soon as your order has been processed so if you are purchasing the gift card in advance, you might want to get the email with the code sent to your email address.

To use your e-gift card,

1. Visit capezioeurope.com and add the products you’d like to order to your shopping bag

2. Enter your code in the Gift Cards field in the shopping bag page.

3. Click the “Apply” button.

If you're spending less than the value of your gift card, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend later.

If you're spending more than the value of your gift card, you'll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card or PayPal in the usual way.
