What can I use the discount for?
The discount is valid on full price items only so it does not apply to delivery charges, gift cards and sale or clearance items. Your discount also can't be used in conjunction with other discount codes. You are only allowed one code per order.
I already benefit from the teacher discount at CAPEZIO London, will it automatically apply online?
We use a code system for the website so you will need to register by filling out the form above so we can add you to our list of authorised teachers and send you the code.
I'm interested in working with Capezio for my school's uniform requirements. Do you offer further discounts for bulk orders?
Thank you for choosing Capezio. We do offer further discounts on uniforms through our schools and studios programme. Simply fill out the form above and tick the box "Yes" for the question "Are you interested in partnering with CAPEZIO for your school's uniform?" and we will send you more information about the programme.
How long will it take for you to review my application and send me the code?
We endeavour to review applications within 48 hours. Please note our Customer Service department is open Monday to Friday, from 8:45am to 5.15pm GMT. It might occasionally take us a little longer but we will always try and get back to you as soon as possible.
Why do I need a CAPEZIO account to get the discount online?
You need a CAPEZIO account to get the teacher discount because the email address linked to your CAPEZIO account has to be validated for the code to work. If you already have an account, make sure you use the email it's associated with when filling out the form for the discount. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.
What do I do with the promo code?
Log into your CAPEZIO account. Make sure you are using the email address you used when claiming the discount. Add the items you wish to purchase to your bag. Click "view bag". At the bottom of the page you will see a promo code box. Enter your code and click Apply.
Can I share the code with my students or colleagues if they need to order something too?
The discount is non-transferable and only works with the CAPEZIO accounts we have validated for the code to work. If you know a teacher who would like to make a purchase, feel free to send them a link to this page so they can apply for the code. We also offer a 10% discount to all dance students. They can apply for the code here.
